Properties of Chanterelles: • Rich in vitamins and minerals: Chanterelles contain vitamins A, C, D, E, and K, as well as minerals like potassium, iron, calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus.
• Anti-parasitic effect: Chanterelles have a unique feature. They assist in fighting parasites in the liver, intestines, and blood, specifically with worms, fungi, harmful microorganisms, giardia, and intracellular parasites.
